I have not always felt liberated. Much of my life was spent trapped in cycles that bound me to fear, trauma, and pain. My extensive study and mastery of Chinese Medicine coupled with my never ending quest to heal myself have led me here. I am a mother and I believe that becoming a liberated woman has made me a better mother, friend and human. Children and our relationship to how we view the family is at the root of my beliefs. If we can heal ourselves, we heal generations before and after us. 

 

     I am a life liberator not because I do the work for you, but because I give you the permission you may be seeking to liberate yourself from whatever is holding you back. I work from my own past to help you live your future. I provide tools and support for all areas of your life be it: relationships, money, health, parenting, spirituality, mental health, home feng shui etc. help you get clear on your own blockages and help to catalyze them to into solutions from a bird’s eye view and as well as up close and personal.

     What’s my style? I am firm yet strong. Direct yet soft. Nurturing yet playful. I am able to take heavy things and help them to seem light.

 

      I love to love. I love to help others. I love to be the light when you can only see dark. I love to teach/educate/influence/impact --- especially if that impact will positively influence family relationships and children.

      The answers are simple. The solutions are simple. Sometimes we just need the help of someone else to remind us of our inherent confidence and knowledge that has always resided inside. I’m here to help.
